大型集中空调水系统平衡调试技术探讨--以华晨宝马铁西工厂总装物流车间为例 被引量:7

摘要 以该工厂总装物流车间平衡调试工程为例,探讨了集中空调水系统不同形式管网的调试方法及调试过程中末端设备间的相互影响。结果表明:当系统各子回路安装自力式压差控制阀时,可对系统进行分区调试,以提高工作效率;对于调试工程而言,调试过程中自力式压差控制阀的压差设定在压差控制范围内时对整个管网的阻力无显著影响,但为保证系统的稳定性,应取控制范围的中间值;当自力式压差控制阀所控回路设备较少时,实测各设备间相互影响所引起的误差超过10%,不能忽略不计。 Taking a balance adjusting project of the Assembly and Logistics Shop as an example, discusses the commissioning methods of different pipe network systems of a central air conditioning water system and the interaction among terminal equipment during the commissioning process. The results show that the system can be adjusted zone by zone in order to improve the working efficiency when installing a self-operated differential pressure control valve in each sub-circuit. For a commissioning project, there is no significant effect on the resistance of the whole pipe network during the commissioning process when the pressure difference value of the control valve is set in the control range. But in order to ensure the stability of the system, the middle value of the control range should be adopted. When the valve controls less terminal equipment within the controlled circuit, more than 10% of the error caused by the interaction among the measured devices cannot be neglected.
