摘要
介绍了该系统的工作原理和结构。实验研究了2种室外温度工况下,该系统在开启常规制热模式和蓄热模式时的运行特性。结果表明:在开启蓄热模式时,2种工况下机组都能正常运行,高低温级吸排气压力和温度受到的影响很小;2种工况下蓄热期供热量平均值均占常规制热模式时的97%以上,开启蓄热模式基本不影响系统正常制热;该系统能在-18~-9℃的低温范围内正常运行,蓄热器最低蓄热量可达到3 413kJ,满足设计要求。
Presents the working principle and the system structure. Experimentally studies the characteristics of conventional heating mode and thermal energy storage mode under two outdoor temperature conditions. The results indicate that in thermal energy storage mode, the unit can operate normally under two conditions, with little influence on suction and exhaust pressure and temperature both in the low temperature cycle and the high temperature cycle. Under the two conditions, the average heat capacity in thermal energy storage mode accounts for more than 97% of that in the conventional heating mode, and the thermal energy storage process has little effect on heating process. The system can operate normally in the low temperature range of - 18 to - 9 ℃, and the minimum heat to capacity of heat storage tank is up to 3 413 kJ, which meets the requirement of design.
