摘要
基于"品位对口、梯级利用"的用能思路,构建了乏汽余热梯级回收集中供暖系统。实例工程运行数据显示:系统余热总回收量为64.91万GJ,采用低真空技术直接从凝汽器回收的余热量占79.16%,采用吸收式热泵技术回收的余热量占20.84%;项目节能率为49.11%,标准煤节省量为3.40万t。研究结果对于余热回收应用于城市集中供暖的项目设计及运行调节有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the energy utilization idea of "grade counterpart and cascade utilization", constructs a centralized heating system with waste heat cascade recovery. The operation data of a practical project show that the total waste heat recovery of the system is 649 100 GJ, 79.16% of which is recovered directly from the condenser by low vacuum technology, and 20.84% is recovered by absorption heat pump technology. The energy saving rate of the project is 49.11% and the reduced standard coal consumption is 34 thousand tons. The research results can be used for reference in project design and operation regulation of urban central heating system with waste heat recovery.
