更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in the treatment of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis

目的 探讨更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 选取上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者40例,随机分为治疗组20例,给予0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼；对照组20例,给予0.1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液滴眼,均为每天4次；观察并记录初诊、治疗后3、7、14 d、1m复诊时的症状、体征及变化情况。 结果 治疗组患者总有效率100%,高于对照组的85%,平均治疗时间（10.15±2.60）d,短于对照组的（17.90±3.87）d,差异均有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）；治疗期间,所有患者均未发生眼部及全身相关不良事件。 结论 更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎安全有效,可改善症状,缩短病程,促进角膜上皮愈合。

Objective To discuss the effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel to treat epithelial herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 40 cases of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis were rardomty divided into two groups,20 cases were given 0.15% ganciclovir ophthalmic gel four times per day,the others 20 cases were given 0.1% acyclovir eyedrop four times per day as also,the symptoms and signs were observed at the first visit,and the changes were recorded at the 3、7and 14 days 、1month after treatment,respectively. Results The effectiveness of treatment group was 100%,and that of the control group was 85%,the average cure time of the treatment group was 10.15±2.60 days,and control group was 17.90±3.87 days,the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel to treat epithelial HSK is effective and safe,can improve symptom and shorten the cure time,promote healing of corneal epithelium.
