摘要
为了解决在全断面硬岩地层盾构施工中管片上浮及错台问题,结合工程实际情况,从地下水和注浆浆液、约束条件、盾构掘进姿态、人为因素等4个方面分析管片上浮及错台的成因,并提出豆砾石回填灌浆、止浆板与隔水环、定位销、优化传力衬垫等控制措施。
In order to solve the problem of floating and dislocation segment in the whole section of hard rock shield machine, combined with the engineering practice, this paper analyzes the causes and dislocation segments floating from the ground and grouting, constraints, attitude, shield and human factors, and puts forward the control measures of gravel backfilling grouting, grouting plate water septum ring, positioning pin, load cushion optimization.
