摘要
以北京城市副中心综合管廊工程为依托,探讨了BIM技术在综合管廊设计阶段、施工阶段的应用。通过BIM技术在综合管廊设计、施工全过程的应用,得出以下结论:BIM技术可实现综合管廊管线、主体结构的同步设计;BIM技术可实现施工阶段效益最大化;一套成熟的BIM实施体系有助于推动项目创效,有助于推动综合管廊的智能化建设、运营和管理。
This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in the design stage and construction stage of the utility tunnel. Based on the construction of the utility project in Beijing sub-center. The application of BIM technology in the whole process of the design and construction in the utility tunnel, it can reach the following conclusion: BIM technology can realize the synchronous design of the pipeline and main structure of the utility tunnel. BIM technology can realize the maximum benefit during construction stage. A mature BIM implementation system will help to promote the project's effectiveness and help promote the intelligent construction, operation and management of the utility tunnel.
