建筑平移和地下室逆作法在历史建筑地下空间开发的应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 为解决历史建筑地下空间开发中的文保建筑保护和周边环境安全控制问题,以南京市某2栋民国建筑的地下空间开发项目为例,提出了采用建筑平移和地下室逆作相结合施工方法,并在此项目中试点应用。建筑平移前,采用灌浆法对墙体裂缝进行修复,采用双面钢筋网砂浆面层进行永久性结构加固,采用内外附着型钢加对拉螺栓对墙体刚度进行临时刚度加强。逆作法采用地下连续墙进行支护,地下室盖板分两次浇筑以适应民国建筑临时搁置的需要,在盖板分次浇筑时,民国建筑通过房屋平移让出盖板施工空间。工程实施效果表明,建筑平移和地下室逆作法相结合的方法可有效解决城市中心区域地下空间开发和文保建筑保护之间的矛盾。 The project of underground space development and implementation of two buildings in Nanjing is given as an example to carry out the analysis and research of the application of translocation and reverse-construction method in the underground-space development of historical buildings. Research shows that: building translation and its supporting structure-reinforcement technology, which can effectively solve the problem of additional structural damage of temporary construction space and structure in historical protection building underground space development, can achieve the heritage conservation objectives of "restoration as the past" under the micro perturbation target. The basement development plan combined with the underground continuous wall and the reverse method can greatly improve the safety of existing buildings and municipal facilities in the excavation of foundation pit and basement excavation.
