摘要
结合某石化码头结构维修施工,研究了老旧高桩码头在海洋腐蚀环境及不停产运营状态下的快速修复工艺和控制方法,包括施工平台的快速搭设技术、梁板结构的整体模板及现浇法修复技术和桩基玻纤套筒修复技术。形成高桩码头快速修复施工成套技术体系。
Structure repairing was carried out in a petrochemical wharf. At the conditions of marine corrosion environment and non-stop operation state, rapid repair technologies and control methods for the old high-piled wharf are studied, including setting up of construction platform, entire template and cast-in-place for beam and slab structure, glass fiber sleeve for the piles. A complete set of technical system for rapid repair of high-piled wharf is established.
