气囊顶压碳纤维粘贴试验研究及工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对碳纤维加固施工中出现的问题,提出了气囊顶压粘贴碳纤维法,进行了顶压时间和顶压气压对粘贴效果影响的室内试验,并在某码头维修工程中进行了现场应用。室内试验和现场应用效果表明,采用气囊顶压粘贴碳纤维能有效提高碳纤维粘贴效果,施工方便快捷。 In view of the problems occurring in the construction of carbon fiber reinforcement, a method of sticking carbon fiber with air bag top pressure is put forward. To compare the paste effect, this paper takes different top pressure time and different atmospheric pressure in an indoor test. Also, this method is applied to a reinforcement project of a wharf. The results of indoor test and field application show that the use of air bag top pressure to paste carbon fiber can effectively improve the bonding effect of carbon fiber, which is convenient and quick in construction.
