长沙国金中心项目基坑工程顺作改顺逆结合施工调整优劣性分析 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,随着城市老商业区改造,越来越多的深基坑工程出现在周边环境复杂的繁华地段。为保证施工过程中周边建筑物、构造物的稳定,内支撑法和逆作法被广泛应用于工程支护形式当中。然而根据不同项目和项目不同阶段的施工状况,须对方案进行优化。结合长沙国金中心项目基坑工程在施工过程中,根据现场实际情况进行设计和方案优化后,对裙房地下室部分由原方案顺作改为顺逆结合施工调整进行分析。 In recent years, with the transformation of the old business districts of the city, more and more deep foundation pit projects have appeared in the bustling area where the surrounding environment is complex. In order to ensure the stability of surrounding buildings and structures during the construction process, the internal support method and the reverse design method are widely used in the forms of engineering support. However, depending on the construction status of different projects and projects at different stages, the plan must be optimized. In this paper, combined with the foundation project of the Changsha Intemational Finance Center project during the construction process, and according to the actual situation of the site, the design of the basement and the plan are doubled. Afterwards, the part of the basement of the podium is changed from the original scheme to the smooth and reverse combined with the construction adjustment to analyze the pros and cons.
