摘要
为研究湖相沉积成因软土条件下的压力分散型可回收锚索性能,在已有成熟锚索产品的基础上对其构造进行改进、加强,通过锚索基本试验进行比对、验证。试验锚索采用高压旋喷扩孔和二次注浆工艺。改进后的锚索构造合理,成孔、注浆工艺成熟可靠。试验方法为多循环荷载作用下的基本试验,试验共进行1组3根,对其最大抗拔力、荷载–位移曲线以及回收性能进行验证。试验结果用于指导本工程后续施工。
In order to study the mechanical properties of a new type of recoverable anchor cable under soft soil condition, field tests were carried out on. The design of the test anchor cable is reasonable in structure, and has been applied for patent. The construction technology of the anchor cable is mature and reliable. In this experiment, a new type of pressure dispersing anchor cable is adopted, which is constructed by common drilling, end high-pressure rotary jet enlargement and two grouting. A total of 3 1 sets of tests were carried out, and the maximum pull:out force, load displacement curve and recovery performance were verified by the basic tests under multi cyclic loading. The mechanical properties of the new type of pressure dispersive anchor cable are explored, and the test data play a guiding role in the construction of the anchor cable.
