摘要
目前国内大多数建筑项目二次结构施工过程中,构造柱采用定型化模板体系进行构造柱模板支设施工。构造柱施工进度及成型质量受模板支设的影响较大,故采用定型化模板体系进行样板施工。样板成果表明,定型化模板体系可有效改善构造柱混凝土成型的垂直度及平整度质量,提高材料周转次数,可避免在砌体上开洞穿螺杆,从而影响砌体整体质量,且工具化施工节省了下料时间、缩短了工期。
At present, most of the domestic construction projects in the secondary structttral construction process, the constructional column adopts the formalized template system for the construction of the structural column formwork. The construction progress and molding quality of constructional column are greatly influenced by the template support, so the model construction is adopted. Model results show that the standard template system can improve the quality of the forming of verticality, smoothness of concrete of the constructional column, improve material turus, can avoid open holes on the masonry screw which affect overall quality masonry, tools under construction saves time, shortens the time limit for a project.
