摘要
C60高性能混凝土本身水胶比低,细颗粒总量多,内聚力高,粘度大,流动阻力大,泵送本身就具有一定的难度,而机制砂棱角多,粒型和级配差,采用机制砂配制高性能混凝土不仅增大了混凝土粘度,而且极大地降低了混凝土的和易性,致使高性能混凝土的泵送难度更大。通过对混凝土试配改善混凝土和易性,降低粘度系数,提高可泵性,实现高性能全机制砂混凝土315 m的超高层泵送。
C60 high performance concrete water cement ratio is low, the amount of fine particles, high cohesion, high viscosity, high flow resistance, the pump itself has a certain degree of difficulty, and the mechanism of sand, grain type and multi angular graded poor, with sand high performance concrete not only increases the viscosity of concrete, but also greatly reduce the concrete workability, resulting in high performance concrete pumping more difficult. Through improving the workability of concrete, decreasing viscosity coefficient and improving pumping ability, we can achieve high performance pumping of high performance fully manufactured sand concrete 315m.
