摘要
本文以中国移动和中国联通公司为例,在分析供应链营运资金管理绩效原理的基础上,主要从要素和渠道两个方面对两家企业的营运资金管理进行全面透视,深入剖析供应链视角下两大电信运营企业营运资金管理绩效的差异,并从融入利益相关者理念、降低财务风险、有效管控营运资金三个方面阐述提升营运资金管理绩效的建议。
With China Mobile and China Unicom as example,this paper analyzes the principle of supply chain operation capital management performance.On this basis,this paper carries out an overall inspectation to the operation capital management of these two enterprises from factors and channels,analyzes the differences of operation capital management performance between these two enterprises.From integrating stakeholder concept,lowering financial risks and managing operation capital effectively,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve operation capital management performance.
