论高校体育教学中增加人文素质教育的必要性与方式

On the Necessity and Methods of Increasing Humanity Quality in College Physical Education Teaching

长期以来,各个学校所设置的体育课程基本以传授体育知识、体育理论及体育技能为主,缺少必要的系统性的知识结构,尤其是人文素质教育的成分。如今,在体育教学过程中增加人文素质教育,日益成为必要。高校体育教学中增加人文素质教育,既有时代发展需要的原因,也是人文素质教育本身的需要。本文即从高校体育教学中增加人文素质教育的必要性入手,尝试探讨高校体育教学中如何增加人文素质教育的策略与方法。

For a long time,the set-up of college physical education teaching is mainly focused on teaching sports knowledge,theory and skills,which is in short of necessary systematic knowledge structure,in particular,humanity quality education.At present,increasing humanity quality education in the teaching of physical education is becoming necessary,which is to satisfy the needs for both time development and humanity quality education itself.Starting from the necessity of humanities quality education in college physical education teaching,this paper attempts to explore the strategies of how to increase the humanity quality education in college physical education teaching.
