摘要 "以课例为中心"教学模式的探索与建构,要以建构主义学习理论为依据,突出课例在教学中的核心地位,同时体现能力取向,通过课例运用充分发挥其在课堂教学和教师专业实践中的作用;"以课例为中心"教学模式适用于《教师专业发展》课程教学,同时对于培养学生能力,促进教师专业发展也具有明显效果。 The exploration and construction of the teaching mode of "taking lessons as the center" should be based on the constructivist learning theocy, highlighting the core position of lessons in teaching. Through the use of lesson examples, it could give full play to its role in classroom teaching and teacher professional practice. The teaching mode of "taking lessons as the center" is suitable for the course teaching of Teachers' Professional Development, and has obvious eft^ct on cultivating students' ability and promoting teachers' professional development.
