1000 MW超超临界机组制粉系统着火爆炸分析及防范

摘要 介绍了某公司1 000 MW超超临界锅炉及制粉系统的结构特点,针对制粉系统启、停过程中发生的着火、爆炸事故,深入分析,查找事故发生的根源,制定、落实有效的运行防范措施及控制策略,为制粉系统安全运行作出指导,减少了事故的发生,提高了设备的可靠性。 This paper has briefly introduced the structural characteristics of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler and pulverizing system of a company, analyzed the cause of the accident,and implemented effective operation prevention measures and control strategies, aiming at the ignition and exploration accident during the starting and stopping process of the pulverizing system, which has guided the safe operation of the pulverizing system, lessened the occurring of accidents and improved the liability of the equipment.
