Analysis on Ignition and Explosion Accident of Pulverizing System of 1 000 MW Ultra Supercritical Unit and Countermeasures

This paper has briefly introduced the structural characteristics of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler and pulverizing system of a company, analyzed the cause of the accident,and implemented effective operation prevention measures and control strategies, aiming at the ignition and exploration accident during the starting and stopping process of the pulverizing system, which has guided the safe operation of the pulverizing system, lessened the occurring of accidents and improved the liability of the equipment.
