Teaching Reform for Engineering Practice Ability Based on Subject Competition

培养机械类大学生的机械创新和工程实践能力是高校很重要的任务。目前很多高校在培养学生创新和工程实践能力方面存在着不少的问题。针对存在的这些问题,以全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛为例,构建完善的大学生机械创新与工程实践能力培养体系,采用项目式教学方法,使理论与实践有力的结合。基于学科竞赛的培养模式培养大学生的创新和工程实践能力,培养大学生的团队协作精神,提高大学生解决问题的能力,提高大学生运用理论知识的水平,使大学生成为动手动脑全面发展的应用型高素质人才。

It is an important task for colleges to cultivate the mechanical innovation and engineering practice ability of students majoring on machinery. At present, there exist some problems doing so. Aiming at the problems, the training system for mechanical innovation and engineering practice ability for college students has been constructed and improved with the National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition as an example, and the project teaching method has been adopted to combine theory with practice. The cultivation mode based on subject competition has cultivated the innovation and engineering practice ability of college students, trained the team collaboration spirit of students, improved the ability of college students in solving problems and improved the level of theoretical knowledge, which help students become high-quality and application-orientation talents with comprehensive ability in practice and thought.
