碳钛笼水性涂料早期遇水和反复干湿循环对长期防腐性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Initial Water Exposure and Repeated Dry-Wet Cycle on Long-Lasting Anticorrosive Performance of TETILON Coatings

摘要 设计了两种不同的早期遇水试验方案,对比了不同养护时间、养护条件和泡水时间对盐雾配合干湿循环和泡水配合干湿循环性能的影响;考察了碳钛笼涂料早期遇水和反复干湿循环对长期防腐性能的影响。结果表明,户外养护最能发挥碳钛笼涂料的性能,户外养护1 h盐雾和泡水干湿循环即能达到1 104 h,而相同的性能指标室温养护条件下则需要超过24 h的养护时间。 In order to investigate the effect of initial water exposure and repeated dry-wet cycle on the long-lasting anticorrosive performance of TETILON coatings, the cyclic experiment of six days' soaking in water/salt spray test and one days' natural exposure based on different curing time, different cuing condition and different time of soaking in water is designed. The results show that the performance of TETILON coatings can be significantly developed by natural exposure. Only one hours' nature exposure can enable the coatings to reach 1104 hours' cyclic experiment while more than 24 hours of the curing time in constant temperature and humidity room are needed to reach the same performance.
