脑卒中患者家庭关怀度与创伤后成长的状况及其相关性

Correlation and status of between family care and post traumatic growth in patients with stroke

目的探讨脑卒中患者家庭关怀度与创伤后成长的状况及其相关性。方法采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(family APGAR index,APGAR)和创伤后成长评定量表(post traumatic growth inventory,PTGI)对491例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,并分析家庭关怀度与创伤后成长的现状及其相关性。结果脑卒中患者家庭关怀度总分为(6.92±2.78)分,处于中等水平;创伤后成长评分为(37.78±12.89)分,处于低水平;脑卒中患者家庭关怀度与创伤后成长总分及人生感悟、新的可能性、自我转变、与他人关系各维度呈正相关(均P<0.01),与个人力量维度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中患者家庭关怀度处于中等水平,患者创伤后成长水平较低,其两者呈正相关关系,应给予患者更多的家庭关怀和支持,以提高其创伤后成长水平和生活质量,促进患者的身心康复。

bjective To explore the correlation between the family care and the posttraumatic growth in patients with stroke. Methods Totally, 491 patients with stroke were enrolled in the investigation by using the Family APGAR index and the post traumatic growth inventory. The correlation between the degree of family care and the post traumatic growth was analyzed. Results The average score on Family APGAR Index was （6.92±2.78）, at a moderate level. The average score on post traumatic growth inventory was （37.78±12.89）, at a low level. The degree of family care in stroke patients was positively correlated with the total score of posttraumatic growth, life perception, new possibility, self transformation, and the relationship with others （all P〈0.01）, and not correlated with the individual strength dimension （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The post traumatic growth among patients with stroke is at the lower level, the family care at medium level. Therefore, more family care and support should be given to patients in order to improve the level of post traumatic growth and quality of life and promote their physical and mental health.
