近年来,由于技术性人才的资源缺口加大,高等教育越来越受到国家和社会的重视,同时高等职业教育也是中国高等教育体系的一个重要分支。这就直接加剧了高等教育的竞争性,从而导致了如今高等职业教育面临的内外双重挑战。2014年9月,李克强总理提出了"大众创业,万众创新"的号召,希望在960万平方公里土地上掀起"大众创业"、"草根创业的新浪潮"。与此同时,高等职业教育也面临着来自学科的高度分化和不同教育模式的综合问题。高等职业教育要根据国务院提出的指导方针,积极探索职业教育中创新创业问题。

In recent years, higher education has attracted more and more attention from the country and society due to the increasing shortage of technical talents. Meanwhile, higher professional education is also an important branch of China’s higher education system. This directly intensifies the competitiveness of education, leading to the internal and external challenges of higher education. In September 2014, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang put forward the call of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ in public, hoping that a new wave of ＂mass entrepreneurship＂ and ＂grassroots entrepreneurship＂ will be launched in the 9.6 million square kilometers. At the same time, higher vocational education is also faced with highly differentiated disciplines and integrated problems of different education modes. This paper aims to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship issues in vocational education according to the guidelines proposed by the State Council.
