商谈伦理视阈下的医患沟通问题研究

Discussion on the Communicative Problems of Physicians and Patients under Ethical Perspective

医患问题已成为当代社会的突出矛盾之一,而沟通不足、沟通方式不恰当等一系列问题是造成这类问题的重要根源。基于哈贝马斯商谈伦理的角度对医患沟通进行研究,通过建立医患共同的"生活世界"、明确商谈有效性条件、遵守互主体性原则等方式引导医患交往合理化,不仅有助于医患沟通有效性的提升,也是构建和谐医疗环境的必要基石。

The problem of doctors and patients has become one of the prominent contradictions in contemporarysociety,and a series of problems arising in the process of communication between doctors and patients are animportant source ofthese problems. Studying on doctor-patient communication based on the perspective of Habermas’discourse theory,and guiding the rationalization of doctor-patient communication through the establishment ofacommon“life world”for doctors and patients,clear discussion of validity conditions,and adherence to theprinciple of inter-subject,it is not only helpful to enhance the effectiveness of doctor-patient communication,butalso a necessary foundation for building a harmonious medical environment.
