摘要
针对45钢基材设计了Fe55激光熔覆合金粉末,并进行了工艺验证,获得了高硬度、表面无裂纹的激光熔覆层。利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验、中性盐雾试验研究了熔覆层的组织、结构、磨损和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:熔覆层硬度可达HV_1640,与基体的结合为冶金结合,显微组织为树枝状等轴晶,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能优异。
The component of Fe55 alloy powder is optimized for 45 steel in this paper. The process validation was carried out. The laser cladding layer with high hardness and no cracks on the surface was obtained. The microstructure, structure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer were researched by metalloscope,microhardness instrument,friction-wear test and neutral salt spray test. The results show that the hardness of the cladding layer can reach HV1640, binding state of coating and matrix is metallurgy, the microstructures is dendritic equiaxed grains, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are excellent.
