关于伪满洲中央银行与日本关东军之关联性研究

Relevance Study between the Central Bank of Puppet Manchuria and the Japanese Kwantung Army

九一八事变后,驻扎在东北的关东军成为日本统治东北的最高权力机构,迅速扶植了一个为其所用的伪满洲国。为进一步控制东北的经济与金融,在关东军的统筹规划下,伪满洲中央银行成立。伪满洲中央银行从筹建开始直至覆亡一直处于日本关东军的控制之下,是日本侵华战争的金融工具。对伪满洲中央银行与日本关东军的关联性进行研究,有助于我们更深入地揭示日本关东军对伪满洲中央银行干预、操纵与控制,使其为其服务的目的。

After the September 18th Incident,the Kwantung Army who stationed in the Northeast China became supreme authority for Japan ruling Northeast China, and it quickly fostered a Puppet Manchuria for its use.To further control the economy and finance of Northeast China,under the overall planning of the Kwantung Army,the Central Bank of Puppet Manchuria was established.The Central Bank of Puppet Manchuria has been under the control of the Japanese Kwantung Army since its establishment until its fall,it is a financial tool for the Japanese War of Aggression Against China.Make a study on the relevance between the Central Bank of Puppet Manchuria and the Japanese Kwantung Army will be helpful for further revealing the Japanese Kwantung Army＇ s intervention, manipulation and control of the Central Bank of Puppet Manchuria, achieving the purpose of using the Central Bank of Puppet Manchuria to serve the Japanese Kwantung Army.
