摘要
互联网保险在我国经历了萌芽期、渠道探索期、全面创新发展期和蓬勃发展期四个阶段,取得了非常显著的成果,对保险行业的发展具有重大的意义。近年来各大保险公司、保险中介机构纷纷开展互联网保险业务,为保险产品的销售开辟了新的渠道。在发展的同时,我们看到互联网保险仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,针对当前存在的问题,各大互联网保险企业应抓住用户痛点,进行产品创新,不断满足客户多样化的保险需求。
Internet insurance has experienced four stages including burgeoning period, channel exploration period, comprehensive innovation development period and vigorous development period.It has made very remarkable achievements, and has great significance to the development of insurance industry. In recent years, major insurance companies and insurance agencies have launched Internet insurance business, which has opened a new channel for the sale of insurance products. At the same time, we can see that there are still some problems that need to be solved in Internet insurance. For the existing problems, major Internet insurance companies should seize the pain points of users, carry out enterprise and product innovation, and continuously meet the diversified insurance needs of customers.
