摘要
2016年包钢大型高炉的曲损率达到了70%,成为高炉强化冶炼的主要制约因素。文章通过调整下部鼓风参数、控制中部热负荷、优化上部装料制度的方法维护合理的操作炉型,从而消除风口曲损。结果表明:通过控制合理的操作炉型,可以有效的消除风口曲损。
In 2016, the rate for bending and damage of tuyere of large blast furnace of Baotou Steel achieved 70%, which became the main restraining factor for intensified smelting of blast furnace. In this paper, it is introduced the bending and damage of tuyere were eliminated through such methods as adjusting the lower blast parameters, controlling the middle heating load and optimizing upper charging system to maintain the reasonable operational furnace profile. The results showed that the bending and damage of tuyere could be effectively eliminated by controlling reasonable operational furnace profile.
