摘要
某钢管公司接箍生产线产生的磷化废水磷含量较高,原混凝处理工艺处理效果不好,需要技术改造,试验采用三级混凝沉淀与除磷过滤装置吸附过滤处理高浓度含磷废水,试验结果表明:对于TP浓度为5 000~15 000 mg/l的磷化废液,和TP浓度为100~200 mg/l的磷化清洗废水,处理后的出水TP接近完全去除(低于国家污水综合排放一级标准0. 5 mg/l),对TP的去除率能稳定在99%左右。
The phosphorus content in phosphating wastewater generated in the coupling production line of a steel tube company was higher and the effect of original coagulation treatment process was not good, so the technical transformation was necessary. The experiment was with three stage coagulating sedimentation and dephosphorization filter unit for adsorption filtration of high concentration phosphorus wastewater. The results showed that the TP of effluent discharging after treatment is nearly completely removed (lower than the national primary standard for comprehensive wastewater discharge 0.5 mg/l) for the phosphating waste liquid with the TP concentration of 5 000-15 000 mg/l and the phosphating wastewater with the TP concentration of 100-200 mg/l as well as the removal rate of TP can be stabilized at about 99%.
