摘要
文章总结了焦化厂除盐水站10年的运行经验,对除盐水站反渗透膜及组件现场情况和运行数据进行整理,结合相关资料讨论了反渗透设备常见问题及处理方法。主要提出反渗透膜污染的判断方法和化学清洗要领,针对管道及附件出现的问题和故障找到合理的解决办法。
In the paper, the 10-year operating experiences for desalting water station of Coking Plant are summarized. The common problems and treatment for reverse osmosis equipment are discussed combining with the on-site situations and operating data for reverse osmosis membrane and components of desalting water station. The method for judging the pollution of reverse osmosis membrane and main points of chemical cleaning are mainly proposed as well as the reasonable solutions for the problems and failures of pipeline and accessories are found out.
