双低优质甘蓝型春油菜陇油杂1号选育报告

Report on Breeding of Double-low Brassica napus Cultivar Longyouza 1 with Good Quality

甘蓝型春油菜新品种陇油杂1号是甘肃省农业科学院作物研究所利用自育油菜细胞质雄性不育系2402A(保持系2402B)为母本、恢复系C1为父本组配的三系杂交种。在2015—2016年甘肃省春油菜晚熟组区域试验中,2a 11点(次)平均折合产量3 817.50 kg/hm^2,较对照品种青杂5号增产7.49%。陇油杂1号含油率44.57%、硫苷含量10.28 umol/g、芥酸含量0.12%。恢复率95%左右,生育期120 d。具有良好的适应性和丰产性,适宜在甘肃省春油菜主产区推广种植。

Longyouza 1 is a new spring rapeseed cultivar（Brassica napus L.）with parental combination of cytoplasmic male sterile line 2402A （maintainer line 2402B）and restorer line C1（male parent） ,which is bred by Institute of Crops,Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2015-2016,the average yield of spring rapeseed in 2 a 11 sites（times）was 3 817.50 kg/hm^2,7.49% higher than that of control cultivar Qinza5 in Gansu Spring Rape Late Group Regional Test. The oil content of Longyouza1 seeds is 44.57%,glucosinolate is 10.28 umol/g,and erucic acid is 0.12%. The recovery rate is about 95%,and the growth period is 120 days. Longyouza 1 have good adaptability and fertility,which is suitable to be grown in the main producing areas of spring rape in Gansu Province.
