摘要
普通水泥混凝土路面脆性大、耐磨性差,机制砂的掺入会降低混凝土的耐磨性,机制砂在混凝土中的应用受到很大限制.聚合物改性水泥混凝土具有较好的韧性、抗磨损能力.在降低成本的基础上,为增强机制砂混凝土的力学及耐久性,选用低掺量聚合物对机制砂混凝土进行改性.研究表明:聚合物改性剂能够增强混凝土的和易性,使混凝土的脆性降低,韧性增强,抗磨性能提高;聚合物改性剂的掺入,能够改善水泥混凝土内部的结构组成,使得混凝土更加坚固、密实,水泥与矿料之间的黏结性增强.聚合物改性剂的掺入对机制砂水泥混凝土的力学及耐久性能有显著提高,聚丙烯酸酯乳液和羧基丁苯胶乳最佳掺量分别为3%、5%.
We find the common cement concrete pavement has the great brittleness and poor wearability, and the mixing of mechanism sand reduces the wear resistance of concrete. The application of mechanism sand in concrete is greatly limited. Polymer modified cement concrete has the better toughness and wear resistance. On the basis of reducing the cost, in order to enhance the mechanical and durability of the machine-made sand concrete, the low dosage polymer is used to modify the machine-made sand concrete. The study shows that the polymer modifier enhances the workability of concrete, reduces the brittleness of the concrete, enhances the toughness and improves the wear resistance. The incorporation of polymer modifier improves the structure of the cement concrete, makes the concrete stronger and morn dense, and enhances the bond between the cement and the mineral material. In this paper, the addition of polymer modifier has improved the mechanical and durability of mechanism sand cement concrete significantly, and the optimum dosage of polyacrylate emulsion and earboxyl styrene butadiene latex is 3% and 5% respectively.
