区域创新主体间要素耦合协同研究——以山西省为例

Coupling Synergy of the Elements among Innovative Entities in Shanxi Province

基于三螺旋理论,构建区域创新主体间要素耦合协同评价指标体系,运用耦合协同度测度模型实证分析山西省2001—2015年区域创新主体间要素耦合协同状况.研究表明,山西省三大创新主体综合发展水平总体呈上升趋势,创新主体间要素耦合协同度较低,经历了中度耦合失谐—轻度耦合失谐—濒临耦合失谐三个阶段,正处于耦合创新的成长阶段,并向稳定阶段演进.基于此,提出了增强山西省区域创新主体间要素耦合协同效应的建议.

This paper constructs the coupling synergy evaluation index system of the elements among innovative entities based on the triple helix theory and uses the coupling synergy degree measurement model to analyze the coupling syneJgy status of the elements among the innovative entities in Shanxi Province from 2001 to 2015 empirically. Research shows that the comprehensive development level of Shanxi in three innovative entities is on the rise. The elements among the innovative entities have a low degree of coupling synergy and undergone three stages of moderate coupling detuning, mild coupling detuning and endangered coupling detuning. Now we find it is in a growth stage of coupling innovation and evolves to the stable stage. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the synergistic effect of the elements among the innovative entities in Shanxi Province.
