HPLC法测定山刺玫茎叶中金丝桃苷的含量

目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立山刺玫茎叶中金丝桃苷的含量测定方法,以期为山刺玫的质量标准提供依据。方法以乙腈-甲醇-水(10∶10∶80,V∶V∶V)为流动相,Microsorb C18为固定相。结果金丝桃苷的线性范围0.012~0.12 mg·m L^(-1);山刺玫茎叶中金丝桃苷的含量为1.53~2.20 mg·g^(-1)。结论金丝桃苷为山刺玫茎叶中的特征黄酮类活性成分,该测定方法的建立有助于山刺玫的全面质量控制。

Objective To establish a determination method for hyperoside in stems and leaves of Rosa davurica Pall. by HPLC,and provide a basis for the quality standards of Rosa davurica Pall..Methods A Microsorb column was stationary phase and acetonitrile- methanol- water （10：10：80,V：V：V） as the mobile.Results The linear range of hyperoside was 0.012~0.12 mg·mL-1.The content of hyperoside in stems and leaves of Rosa davurica Pall. was 1.53~2.20 mg·g-1.Conclusion Hyperoside was the specific flavonoid ingredient in Rosa davurica Pall..The method was contributed to quality control of Rosa davurica Pall..
