职教集团平台上药学类人才培养模式的探讨

集团化办学是深化产教融合、校企合作,激发职业教育办学活力,促进优质资源开放共享的重大举措;是系统培养技术技能人才,完善职业教育人才多样化成长渠道的重要载体。山东药品食品职业学院牵头组建的山东食品药品职教集团,积极探索职教集团平台上药学类人才培养模式;在构建人才培养体系、专业课程设置等方面进行创新,有效地提升了人才培养质量,更好地服务地方经济发展。

The vocational education group running school is an optimized method which promises beneficial influence on education.It develops collaboration between schools and companies,optimizes education system,leads to an improved teaching and learning environment,and brings about properly trained and skilled students.Shandong Drug and Food Vocational College took the lead role in organizing and promoting the development of Shandong Drug and Food Vocational Organization.It aimed at exploring a better way to educate students,meanwhile pay attention on innovation in teaching,training and professional courses set-up.Emerging evidence showed that the establishment of the organization had brought obvious improvement on education,which had tremendous beneficial effect on district culture and economy development.
