摘要
教师专业素养是体现教师综合素质的核心内容,师范生的教师专业素养对于他们今后的教师专业发展有至关重要的作用。以W大学数学专业师范生为例,利用问卷与访谈从专业理念、专业知识、专业实践以及专业态度四个维度对他们进行调查与分析。结果显示,目前师范生的教师专业素养状况不容乐观,而教师专业素养各维度之间存在着适当的关联。据此提出:在师范生的培养中需重视师范生教师专业素养的提升;师范类课程的设置需更有针对性,加强理论学习与教育实践的联系;对中小学教学实践的关注需结合具体内容;还需帮助师范生进行更长远更合理的职业规划。
Teachers professional literacy (TPL)is the core element that can reflect teachers’comprehensive quality.Teachers’ TPL of normal University students will play important role in their professional development in future.Taking mathematicsmajor students of W University as examples, this paper investigated teachers’ TPL in terms of four dimensions professional intension,professional knowledge, professional practice as well as professional disposition by using questionnaire and interview.Researchresults showed that teachers’TPL is not ideally good, and every dimension of TPL had certain connections with each other.Weargue that several suggestions need to be attached importance to during cultivation of teachers in normal colleges.First, we shouldvalue the improvement of TPL of normal students.Second, the curricula should be set to more focus on the connection betweentheory study and educational practice.Besides, we should pay more attention to specific content in teaching practice at middle andprimary schools.In addition, we need to help normal students make more rational long term occupational planning.
