基于“互联网+”地方院校继续教育人才创新探索

The Talent Innovation Exploration for Continuing Education of Local Universities Based on the Background of “Internet +”

近年来,教育部在"互联网+"背景下对地方院校继续教育人才创新提出新的要求。东莞理工学院继续教育学院积极响应国家政策,从自身着手分析我院继续教育办学现状与背景。提出了如何将"互联网+"与继续教育融合创新人才培养模式,重点探讨"互联网+"继续教育教学目标、课程体系、质量评价体系进行了分析探讨。获得的成果为地方院校的继续教育人才培养提供了新的思路。

In recent years, the Ministry of Education has made newrequirements on the talent innovation for the continuing education of local universities under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂. By positively responding to the national policy, the School of Continuing Education of Dongguan University of Technology analyzes the present situation and background of running continuing education on its own and puts forward how to innovate the talents training mode by combining ＂Internet ＋ ＂ and continuing education. This thesis mainly probes into the teaching objective, curriculum system and quality evaluation system of continuing education under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ of which the research achievement will offer new ideas for the talent cultivation of continuing education in local universities.
