高校辅导员在贫困生资助工作中的作用与对策研究

The Function and Countermeasures of College Counsellors in the work of Poor Students' Subsidy

文章围绕高校贫困生资助工作,首先介绍了辅导员在其中发挥的作用,其次阐述了贫困生资助工作现状以及面临的问题,最后从详细鉴别证明资料、平时注重观察学生、与学生家庭联系、最终结果由评议小组检查并且予以公示四个方面提出了对策,目的在于帮助贫困生资助工作的顺利展开。

Focusing on the funding work for impoverished students in colleges and universities, this paper first introduces the role that counselors play in it. Secondly, it elaborates on the status quo and problems faced by impoverished students in subsidizing. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures from 4 aspects ： identifying proof materials in details ; always paying attention to observing students; keeping in touch with students＇ families; final results reviewed by the review team and publicized. The measures are taken to help carry out the subsidy work for the poverty - stricken students smoothly.
