摘要
随机选取昆明医科大学2015级五年制本科医学生四个大班共195人为研究对象,针对试验组学生建立微信群,通过在群中推送操作视频、简要知识点、课前课后测评题,进行教学解答等方法进行辅导教育.结果表明,试验组学生的期末考试成绩在优秀率、及格率及平均成绩方面明显优于对照组(P0.05),初步效果良好.调查发现,利用微信群功能进行临床技能课外科教学,对增加学习时间、激发学习兴趣、增强学习互动性、提高学习效果具有明显作用,可建立长期学习机制.
195 undergraduate medical students of Grade 2015 in Kunming Medical University were randomly selected as the research subjects to form a WeChat group. They were provided with coaching education by pushing operation video, knowledge points, evaluation questions before and after class, and answering questions about teaching in the WeChat group. The results show that the experimental group is superior to the control group(P〈0.05)with higher excellence rate, pass rate and average score in the final exam. It is found in the preliminary survey that proper use of WeChat in surgery teaching of clinical medical skill class can improve learning effect obviously because the learning time is increased, students' interest in learning is provoked and learning interaction becomes more frequently. Therefore, a long-term learning mechanism can be established with application of WeChat group function.
