在当前信息时代、网络时代的时代背景下,社会呈现出多元化的思想意识,给予高校教育教学带来了较大的冲击与挑战。想要有效应对这一教育发展趋势,应采取全新的教学理念与教学方式,而在当前社会多元化的思想意识发展趋势下,高校构建"立德树人"引领下应用型高校实践育人创新机制具有必要性和重要性。笔者依据自身多年的教学实践经验,经过深入分析与研究,在本文当中阐述了如何有效构建"立德树人"引领下应用型高校实践育人创新机制的策略,以期能够给予高校教育工作者一些有益的借鉴与参考。

Under the current background of the information and Internet age, the society presents a diversified ideology, which has brought great impacts and challenges to college education and teaching. In order to effectively cope with this educational development trend, new- teaching concepts and teaching methods should be adopted. Under the current trend of social diversi-fied ideology, it is necessary and important for colleges and universities to introduce the innovation mechanism of applied educa-tion. Based on years of teaching practice and through in - depth analysis and research, this paper expounds how to construct the practical education innovation mechanism of applied colleges and universities under the guidance of ＂moral value establishment and people cultivation＂, in the hope of giving some beneficial references to the education staff in colleges and universities.
