摘要
大学生就业能力提升不论是对个人就业还是经济发展甚至是祖国建设都具有重要的意义。本文首先从大学生就业能力的丰富意涵出发,分析影响大学生就业能力的因素,然后从扁平化的就业市场、偏狭化的人才评价标准、量化的课程评价方式分析了大学生就业能力提升的现实反省,最后从健全职业课程的建设、完善大学生就业指导制、调整产业结构并优化就业环境三个方面,分析了大学生就业能力的提升路径策略。
The improvenlent of college students＇ employability is of great significance to personal employment, economic devel-opment and even the construction of China. This paper first illustrates the rich implications of college students＇ employment abil-ity, analyzes the factors influencing university students＇ employment ability, then analyzes the reality reflection of college students＇ employment ability improvement from the aspects of flat job market, narrow talent evaluation standard and quantitative course evaluation methods, and finally puts up with strategies and paths of ascending college students＇ employability from three aspects： perfecting the construction of professional courses; improving the employment guidance system for college students; adjusting industrial structure and optimizing employment environment.
