随着经济发展环境的变化,高校继续教育对于地方经济发展发挥出越来越重要的作用。高校作为培养人才的摇篮,其继续教育成为新时代人力资源开发不可或缺的手段,构成了建设知识信息社会的重要部分。根据地方经济发展的实际情况,高校继续教育部门寻找出人才培养的有效模式,从而转变就业导向,是知识经济时代高校发展的必然要求。本文立足于现实,首先阐述实现高校继续教育服务地方发展的能力转变的实际意义,其次分析高校继续教育服务地方经济发展能力的现状,最后提出转变路径,希望具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

Along with the change of the environment of economic development, continuing education in colleges and universities plays a more and more important role in the local economic development. Colleges and universities as the cradle of training tal-ents, its continuing education becomes an indispensable means to develop the human resources in the new era and an important part of construction of information society. According to the actual situation of local economic development, departments of con-tinuing education in colleges and universities should find out an effective mode of talent training, in turn changing employment guidance, which is the inexorable requirement of knowledge economy era of university development. Based on reality, this pa-per first expounds the practical significance of realizing the transformation of universities＇ ability to continue serving local devel-opment by education, then analyzes the status quo of colleges＇ and universities＇ ability to continue serving local economic devel-opment by education, and finally proposes the transformation path, hoping to have certain referential significance and value.
