藏羌民族地区大学生宿舍人际关系问题及对策分析

Investigation and Analysis on Interpersonal Relationship of College Students' Dormitory in Tibetan and Qiang Ethnic Areas

当代大学生在校的主要任务除了学习以后进入社会必备的专业书本知识之外,还需尽可能多地参加社会实践活动,增强自身的能力。其中,人际交往能力是当代大学生将来进入社会之后应用广泛的必备能力之一。大学宿舍作为大学生的"第二课堂",好的宿舍人际关系具有陶冶情操、促进学生养成良好习惯的作用。本文以阿坝师范学院大学生宿舍人际关系为研究对象,通过调查研究,分析影响大学生宿舍人际关系的主要因素,进一步提出改善宿舍人际关系的建议,以期为藏羌民族地区高校大学生和谐宿舍建设贡献一份力量。

The main task of contemporary college students in school is to participate in social practice activities as much as pos-sible in order to enhance their abilities apart from the professional book knowledge necessary for them to enter the society. A-mong them, interpersonal skills are one of the necessary skills for college students to apply widely after they enter the society in the future. As the ＂second class＂ of college students, a good dormitory interpersonal relationship has the function of edifying sentiment and promoting students to form good habits. This paper takes the students＇ dormitory interpersonal relationship in Aba Teachers University as the research object, through investigation and study, analyzes the main factors affecting college students ＇ dormitory interpersonal relationship, and further puts forward suggestions to improve the dormitory interpersonal relationship, hoping to contribute to the construction of harmonious dormitories for university students in Tibetan and Qiang ethnic areas.
