台湾《2007-2010年通识教育中程纲计划》述评

Review of Taiwan Region's “2007-2010 General Education Program of Medium-range”

台湾通识教育萌芽于20世纪50年代,21世纪以来进入快速发展时期。尤其是新世纪初期以来台湾教育行政部门实施了一系列关于通识教育的改善计划,进一步推动了通识教育的发展。2007年实施的《2007-2010年通识教育中程纲计划》简称通识教育中纲计划,更是对先前相关计划的修正、强化及创新。文章通过对通识教育中纲计划的实施进行批判性的分析,以期对大陆开展通识教育提供有益启示。

Taiwan General Education germinated in the fifties of last century, which has entered a rapid development period since 21st century. Especially since the beginning of the new- century, the education authority of Taiwan has implemented a series of improvement plans for general education to further promote the development of general education. The ＂2007 -2010 General Education Medium - range＂ （＂ Outline Plan for General Education＂ for short） carried out in 2007 is the revision, reinforcement and innovation to the pl^vious relevant plan. Through the critical analysis on the implementation of the general education, it is hoped to provide some useful inspiration for the mainland to carry out its general education.
