南通生态文明建设地方特色研究

Study on Local Characteristics of Ecological Civilization Construction in Nantong

不同的城市在生态文明建设中展现各自不同的地方特色有利于生态文明建设取得更大成效。以江苏省南通市为例,南通生态文明建设的地方特色主要体现在三大方面:一是水生态文明建设,不仅要研发保护水资源的新方法,还要设法生态化地合理利用水资源并产生经济效益;二是创新南通地方特色产业的污染治理方式,特别是家纺垃圾的有效处理与发展生态环保的狼山佛教文化旅游业;三是在贯彻"对接上海"的地方发展战略的过程中要注意避免污染转移,实现"花园式"的对接模式。

Different cities show their different local characteristics in the construction of ecological civilization, which is condu-cive to achieving greater results in ecological civilization construction. Taking Nantong City of Jiangsu Province as an example, the local characteristics of Nantong＇s ecological civilization construction are mainly reflected in three aspects： first, the con-struction of water ecological civilization should not only develop new w-ays to protect water resources, but also try to make ration-al use of water resources and generate economic benefits in an ecological way; second, it is necessary to innovate the w-ays of pollution control in Nantong＇s local characteristic industries, especially the effective disposal of domestic textile wastes and the development of eco - friendly Langshan Buddhist culture tourism; third, in the process of implementing the local development strategy of ＂Docking Shanghai＂, we should pay attention to avoid pollution transfer and realize the ＂ garden type＂ docking mode.
