摘要 研究了硫酸锰溶液采用硫化剂SDD、BaS进行的硫化除杂方法,配合使用静置剂H_2O_2、活性炭、硫酸铝进行静置除杂。考察在常温下硫化剂SDD、BaS的用量、比例,恒温45℃下静置剂H_2O_2、活性炭、硫酸铝的静置除杂效果,确立了SDD和BaS之比为3∶4混合加入进行硫化除杂和H_2O_2按0. 5 g/L、活性炭按0. 5 g/L混合加入进行静置除杂可以达到硫酸锰溶液深度净化的目的。 The method of vulcanization and decontamination of manganese sulfate solution by vulcanizing agent SDD and BaS were studied. The static dispersing agent H2O2, activated carbon and aluminum sulfate were used for static elimination. We have investigated the amount and ratio of the vulcanizing agent SDD and BaS at room temperature in the static setting effect of the standing agent H2O2. Also, we have activated carbon and aluminum sulfate at a constant temperature of 45℃. It is established that the ratio of SDD to BaS is 3:4 mixed for vulcanization. Hybrid and H2O2 are mixed with 0.5 g/L in activating carbon at 0.5 g/L for static decontamination to achieve the purpose of deep purification of manganese sulfate solution.
