摘要
以软锰矿为原料,以可再生资源作为还原剂,在合适的条件下与软锰矿直接反应,使MnO_2转化为MnO,再用硫酸浸出制备硫酸锰。试验结果表明,有机物实际的还原效果受到还原剂的用量、颗粒度和原料厚度等方面的因素的影响,经研究发现最佳的还原条件为:矿料颗粒度为0. 125 mm(-120目),还原颗粒为0. 147 mm(-100目);原料厚度为12 cm;软锰矿的品位为18.32%时,还原剂的具体配比为0. 4。
In this paper, pyrolusite is used as raw material, and renewable resources are used as reducing agent. Under the right conditions, it reacts with pyrolusite directly to convert MnO2 into MnO. Then manganese sulfate is leached out with sulfuric acid. The test results show that the actual reduction effect of organic matter is affected by factors such as the amount of reducing agent, particle size, and raw material thickness. The study tells us that the best reduction conditions are that mineral material particle size is-120 mesh in reducing particles are-100 mesh. Raw material thickness is 12 cm when the grade of pyrolusite is 18.32%. The specific ratio of reducing agent is 0.4.
