冶炼钒钛矿高炉快速复风生产实践

摘要 休、复风操作是影响高炉强化冶炼的重要因素。通过对河钢承钢冶炼钒钛矿高炉的休、复风过程进行比对分析,总结出了完整的休、复风操作依据。根据生产实践经验,确定了休风料的位置和分配比例,分段减矿数量和位置,采用"墙部分风口、分段加风、全风温、早喷煤"操作,有效指导了高炉的休、复风操作,大大降低了炉温波动幅度,加快了复风恢复进程,缩短了慢风时间,高炉每年产量增加约3 500 t。 Blowing-down and reblowing operation are important factors affecting the intensified smelting of blast furnace. By comparing and analyzing the blowing-down and reblowing process of BF in Chengsteel, the complete operation basis of blowing-down and reblowing is summarized. According to the production experience, the position and distribution proportion of blowing-down material, and the number and position of sublevel ore reduction are determined. By adopting the operation of "wall partial air outlet, sublevel air addition, full air temperature and early coal injection", the operation of blowing-down and reblowing is effectively guided, the fluctuation range of BF temperature is greatly reduced, the reblowing recovery is quickened and the process of slow wind time is shortened. Moreover, the annual output of blast furnace increased by about 3 500 t under slow wind time.
