摘要
以邢钢大方坯连铸机为例,从铸造坯的受力和导向方面详细分析了铸坯跑偏的原因,为防止铸造坯跑偏,增加了足辊喷淋水、改进二冷区域水嘴、严格执行辊子选用标准、拉矫辊水平度与平行度调整等措施,铸坯的三级跑偏率由80%降至5%,基本上消除了铸坯的跑偏问题。
Taking the bloom caster of Xinggang as an example, the causes of slab deviation are analyzed in details from the aspects of force and direction of the casting slab. In order to prevent slab deviation, measures such as spraying water of foot-roller, improving water nozzle in secondary cooling zone, strictly enforcing the selection standard of roller, levelness and parallelism adjustment of pulling-straightening roller, etc. are adopted. The three-level deviation rate of slab was reduced from 80% to 5%, and the problem of slab deviation was basically eliminated.
