摘要 井下排水系统是保证井下采矿正常作业的关键环节,只有将井下涌水安全顺利地排出,才能为采矿生产创造条件。为了提高井下排水作业效率,降低排水成本,结合常峪铁矿井下开采实际情况,开发了安全性好、可靠性高、自动化水平高,具有良好系统集成能力的自动化排水系统,实现井下排水作业节能降耗和减人增效。确保整个排水系统设备运行可靠,故障率低和维修方便。 Underground drainage system is the key link to ensure the normal operation of underground mining. Only with safely and smoothly water draining, can the conditions be created for mining production. In order to improve the efficiency of underground drainage operation and reduce the cost, an automatic drainage system with good safety, high reliability, high automation level and good system integration ability is developed in combination with the actual situation of underground mining in Changyu iron mine, which can realize the energy saving and efficiency increasing by downsizing payrolls, ensure reliable operation of the whole drainage system, low failure rate and easy maintenance.
