热轧非计划品是钢铁产业高盈利时期,由高成本支撑的生产组织模式带来的产物,容易造成产品的积压,导致库存量和流动资金被占用。将EXCEL表运用到非计划品的管理工作中,在EXCEL表中构建非计划品过程台账,建立非计划品的日报表、周报表、类型分析、钢卷基础信息,在此基础上对各类非计划品做出定量分析,为管理非计划品提供数据支持。

Applying the EXCEL form to the management of unplanned products, the unplanned products process ledger is constructed in the EXCEL form, and the daily report, weekly report, type analysis and coil basic information of monthly unplanned products are established. On this basis, the quantitative analysis of unplanned products is made to provide data support for the management of unplanned products.
