从人、机、环三个方面提出加强厦门地区公路养护安全的几点建议,包括采用模型培训法对养护作业人员进行安全教育培训,增强养护作业人员的安全意识和技能,借鉴消防声光报警的经验,对养护工具车加装频闪灯、录音喇叭,提升警示效果,以及加强源头管控,推动对养护作业和人员的立法保护,实现公路养护的安全生产及养护作业人员的人身安全。

Suggestions on strengthening highway maintenance safety in Xiamen have been put forward from three aspects including human, machine and environment. One of the suggestions is model training which is in order to strengthen the workers＇safety awareness and skills. Drawing lessons from acousto - optic alarm of fire fighting, the flashing light and sound recording horn are installed on tool car in order to improve warning effect. And promoting legislation on the protection of highway maintenance and workers, ensure the safety of the highway maintenance and the personal safety of workers.
